I like your videos.However, that is if the Landlord allows you to lease and apartment and then sublease it for your own profit, most contracts do not allow that. On another front, you have to find an owner that allows you to lease an apartment as an LLC, which implies the owners allow corporate leases, again, not all of them are up for it for the same reasons as above, the risk that the Corporate entity that leases the apartment allows other residents in the unit. You can profit from it, if you can bypass those two steps
