Prosciutto Wrapped Salmon with Roasted Corn and Poblano Hash (high protein)

A dinner for two done in under 20 minutes. This one will wow any guest. I promise! Here is what you will need:
2- 6oz filet of salmon
4- slices of prosciutto
1/2 cup frozen lima beans
2 cups frozen roasted corn
1 whole yellow onion diced
1 cored and seeded poblano chile pepper
1 tbsp diced fresh basil
Cayenne, salt and pepper to taste
Breakdown per serving;
Total calories: 368
Protein: 45grams
Carbohydrates: 40grams
Fiber: 7grams
Fat: 7grams
Sugar: 7grams
To lower the carb you can cut the corn quantity in half and add zucchini for a lower carb vegetable.
