Will this have the same voice audio delay when live streaming? I will greatly consider picking one up if I don't have to worry about my voice being ahead of the gameplay when streaming/recording videos

Don't worry about USB2 limitation guys, these capture cards capture with Mbps not MB/s - Megabytes per second/Mbps = Megabits per second
There are already 1080p capture cards with 60Mbps (Current Elgato max out at 30Mbps 1080p) so if they can pull of 60Mbps 1080p60 the quality should be identical to the current Elgato 1080p30 footage quality wise

Edit: Just saw on Elgato's website/product page. It's USB 2.0. Other retailers were just listing "USB" and not the type.
