According to Gov. Desantis, Floridians don't believe in "socialism" or big government. I'm relieved to know they won't ask for any insurance money or federal aid. That would be a government handout. They are strong people. I'm sure they will pull themselves up by their bootstraps without tapping into all of our hard-earned money. I feel so sad for those truly suffering, but the double standard is painful to watch.
