One of the first things you should check if your Cx5 is slow to start and battery is weak.
Use distilled water only. I was able to find this at the grocery store. $1.50 for the gallon. My 2015 CX-5 with 65,000 miles took almost 1/4 gallon!
Sounds surprising, but at just over 6 years old, that is about right. The dealer doesn’t check these levels either, as mine was just in for an oil change.
