The mother will eat them if they died or where already dead but them geting darker is them growing or its from the being to cold i had to put a blacket over my cage bc i always have me fan ok on but just keep checking in on them and if she Continues to eat them Separate them and hand feed them with a certain milk (ikd what kind look it up) and wash ur hands rlly well before and after touching them is so hope this helps
