Lean Overview

This is chapter from our Scrum course, and it's an overview of what Lean is, what problems it solves, and how. We discuss the Lean principles, like JIT (Just in Time), Push vs Pull, Reducing Inventories, Eliminating Waste (Muda) and Continuous Improvement (Kaizen). This should serve as a good intro into Lean. We work around an example and we model and draw so you can also see what we're talking about.
