The S23 for me is heavily underrated.. It's very good for its price..

Biggest reason to get the S23 over last year's S22 is the battery. The improved chipset and battery life are a huge plus. I've just upgraded from an S8 and couldn't be happier.

I have been using the S23 just over a week now. This is my first flagship phone, before this i only used budgets and midrangers, my previous phone was Oppo A92. So far the S23 doesn't disappoint me. Eventhough it has smaller battery than Oppo A92 (3900mAh vs 5000mAh) it's able to last a whole day. Plus, i always wanted a capable compact phone

i adore my s23. i've been looking for a good, well-rounded "small" phone for a while now, and it's just perfect for me

p.s. to everyone who asks why Samsung doesn't send me phones early or even answer my emails, this is why lol. I'd rather just buy the phones & be honest about them.

I had the option to buy the s23+ and the ultra but I went for S23,

The compact size, I loved it..I was waiting since the S10e as I bought the s10 plus.

S23 is a huge upgrade, powerful cpu, amazing battery optimisation, 1750 peak brightness + 50mp expert raw mode puts many flagship smartphone cameras to shame.

It's a phone for people who know what's up with new android features.

I have the S23 graphite color with 256GB, and I upgraded it from my old LG V60 and I can tell the big difference from the size of the S23 and my old LG V60, but the Samsung is been the best phone I had so far!

I am a big S series fan! I just upgraded from s7 to s23. What people don't realize is you can save battery by what you download to your phone and what you turn off when not in use. For instant: Turn off bluetooth and location when not in use. when I install a program I go into the setting and turn off the background data usage and battery usage. It runs smooth and I love it!

I've hesitated to replace my Pixel 5 because new phones these days are too big. But when I learned the s23 was basically the same size as the Pixel 5 and has better hardware than the Pixel 7, I knew it would be the perfect phone for me. Thankfully with my phone provider's monthly payment plan options I won't have to pay full price for the phone.

Really love the battery life/usage on this thing, it's such a huge improvement from S21, really been happy with the chipset switch from Exynos to Snapdragon.

I have the phone for about a month now.apart from the price(should be around 650 to 700)it's great so far, build quality, the simple and clean design, the compactness, no issues.performance is outstanding, cameras are great, battery awesome.received 3 updates till now made it even better.if someone is an average user and loves to have a very high end, compact and beautiful device, this is the one right now.I'm really enjoying using this device.

Hubby and I just upgraded to the S23 from the S10, specifically because we're going on a trip and wanted the better camera. In our case, the 23 is a huge upgrade. :)

I just bought this phone today. I am moving to this phone from my beloved LG that I have had for the last 6 years. It has been a great one!! The S23 is compact and comfortable for a small hand. I also like how straight forward design is and seems like the OS is easy to understand and learn. I don't mind the "lack of color" since I put a protective cover with a fun design anyway. Otterbox covers are awesome! I am looking forward to using this new phone that is not too complex to operate.

My S23 (base version) just arrived a couple of days ago. This is my first flagship phone, so I had some wild expectations. For context, I'm coming from a Realme 8. In short, the S23 blew me away and exceeded all my expectations (I'd done a fair amount of research beforehand, so I wasn't completely a noob). First few things I noticed:

- The snappiness of...everything. Anything you do on this phone feels instant, moving through settings, taking pictures, opening and closing apps. I'd never used 120hz displays before (max I used was 90hz), so it should be from that. But damn, to me, the 90hz - 120hz difference was MASSIVE, let alone a 60hz - 120hz leap

- So many extra customization settings that I use on the daily. Display screen mode, 85% battery cap, the absolutely instant fingerprint sensor that's still fascinating to use a couple of days layer, more advanced edge panel, the modes and routines, and so many more

- Optimized features that exist on other non-flagship phones that work so much better and are more crisp. The instant NFC recognition of my Yubikey, the perfect adaptive brightness option that actually works perfectly and I don't have to keep it on manual

- The Samsung companion apps (camera assistant, one hand operation+) that add more usability and helpful elements for me. I messed with a setting in Developer Mode to shorten the opening/closing animations for apps and now everything is even faster

The camera quality is also much better than on my Realme 8, but that was to be expected. The portrait mode astounds me, as I'd never had it on a phone before. To me, the S23 was well worth its money (around $660)

This "review" is a bit skewed since this is my first flagship phone but damn. A flagship really is a flagship, I guess.

Coming from Samsung Note 10 Lite with Exynos SOC, and Samsung ditched it on the current line of flagship phones, this is a huge upgrade for me. I bought this phone at a discounted price like roughly 25% off from its original price because of their trade-in program which is still available as of this writing. This phone is my very first flagship phone, and it is lovely to use one hand and it lasts me the whole day or more than 8 hours of mixed usage despite the 3900 mAh battery. One point about the SOC is that it is an overclocked SD 8 Gen 2. I got the 256/8 variant by the way. Overall worth the money spent.

I just purchased an S23 today (on a deep sale, cheaper than Pixel 7!) because I've had my eye on the S22 / S23 for a while.
I was previously using the A52 4G as an Android companion to my iPhone so I preferred to stay with Samsung for a modest upgrade.
It's nice to have double flagships again.

What is new is the Snapdragon for European user. The S23 will be in a few months around 700€ and it will be as always a killer proposition for someone liking "small" phones

I'm from South Korea and people in Korea usually buy flagship smartphones. We still have large volume of sales on S series. And iphone pro series.. We also have some demand in A series, but our main selling area is always on smartphones which cost over $700~800. I think people from other countries are not that sensitive to some features that non-flagship smartphones do not offer.,

Watching this on my computer monitor while holding my S23. Best phone I've owned in decades.

Bought a used s10e in 2019. Best phone I ever had. Traded it in for s22 in 2022. I got 150 for my s10e, free upgrade to 256 GB and a pair of Galaxy buds for $30. I love the s22 and will use it for another year or two
