She shot two holes in the boat above the water line, and it sunk in 2 min. AND not trying to blink like crazy when the cop was looking at her. It also took the cop too long to notice things were off. He also didn't radio for back up. Just nit pick stuff. She dropped her knife too. 😅

I liked the movie a lot. Sure, there are contrivances and corners cut in order to arrive at a "happy" ending - and I use that word loosely, because, even though she survives, I don't think anyone could be considered happy in this movie - it was still a solid, taut thriller that didn't overstay its welcome. The scene with the old man in the cabin was a perfect jolt of suspense when you're initially thinking this is just going to be him chasing a progressively more paralyzed woman through the woods.

Not gonna be winning any Oscars, but for a Friday evening thriller on Netflix, I quite enjoyed it.

To those saying the killer was a bad killer because he didn’t just kill her once she started causing problems…
The dude is clearly mentally ill and wants his murders to go one specific way.

He has a set plan that he sticks to seemingly every time it’s part of his illness.
If he just killed her randomly he wouldn’t have gotten that enjoyment he was craving. From the start

I didn't like the ending because we didn't even see how Iris managed to take that knife without the dude noticing. It was obvious that Iris was still partially paralized so not showing that scene fully was so lazy.

I love the old man, Bill. Finally a movie filter character who’s not entirely useless esp in a thriller film! 😊

I dont get it, why does this movie get so much hate, both actors did such a good job, yes true it's not the most eventul movie ever, but still it's the small details, the storyline are pretty good. Why do people always expect the most these days?!!!

I really like the ending. I like to think that she held her breath for so long underwater, that the minute gave her just enough functionality back to make it to shore

Too many things happen for the killer to keep getting away and the drug supposed to only last an hour, why is she still not able to move like an hour after it’s been injected?

Overall I think the movie was decent but the ending was disappointing and felt rushed. It left me feeling like after the cop scene the writers thought ”oh no we running of out of time, gotta end this quickly”

Good movie, they just fumbled the ending. I think it would of been way more satisfying if she actually got to drug him and make him subject to some mild form of his treatment or leave him at his cabin to be found by the family he was trying to keep in the dark.

Am I the only one who is a bit bothered by all these endings that end as soon as the mission is "accomplished", or the bad guy dies, and so on? I mean, it just ends like that. And while I might have found it novel in the beginning, and well placed in some, to use it always feels like a copout. We never get the resolution of the after, the satisfaction of seeing the development of the aftermath.
Without that what's there to like?
The only thrillery thing here was if the old man survived, which he didn't and it was 90% likely he wouldn't. Otherwise the heroine did, as she always does. I like the chase and the action, but I like them for the stakes they imply. But they never deliver when the chase is done and the "trophy" is supposed to come out.
Am I the only one feeling like that? Dissatisfied when they always finish it when as soon as they accomplished the bare minimum for an ending? Once the action ends, short of finishing it on a cliffhanger?

I think the acting was great but I would have absolutely loved the movie if she drugged him back. It would have had me hooked through the ending as his family was on his way up. So many suspense scenes that led to nothing. The end kill was not satisfying compared to her drugging him back.

I still wonder what his intentions were and what exactly had in store for that “fun weekend” together…. 🤔

This movie is good. It is on point, no unecessary dramas and gave the answers that we needed.

Trash movie with unrealistic turn of events..
Someone enters your house without permission and you failed to keep the gun nearby.??HOW DUMB CAN YOU BE??
and it's not even true cz irl people keep their guns close..
And that police officer was taken like a little kid by a pimp despite all protocols and training they get😂😂
And... the way he died (the killer) wasn't even satisfactory.. I would've disembowel him alive..
Overall 0/10..
But the tension of the drug working is 10/10

I thought she said “thank you” to mock him. He said that to Chole and probably all his other victims before they died.

One of the best modern thrillers I’ve seen in a long while!
The Russians did a good job making this film 👏
