Prayers brother. I was 247lbs on Jan 1st and now I’m 166lbs, and will be 45 yrs old in September. I intermittently fasted, where I ate between noon and 5pm and exercise (Treadmill/ walking on 4mph on 10 incline) and progressively worked from 15min to 45min a day on my heavy bag. It can be done with prayer and determination. Now I’m feeling like I can tackle ANY physical task.

Please pray for the Christians in West Africa living in fear of demonic bands of headsmen. Please pray for the Christians who, as you read this, are languishing in a North Korean prison. Please pray for the hungry Christian mothers in the third world, that they can feed their children without resorting to prostitution. Please pray for the Christians forced underground in China. Please pray for the Christians in Muslim countries who are so marginalized and under threat that they can hardly show their face to close family. Please pray that Jesus Christ will send forth laborers who live not for this world, into the world to call out those who are His.
