Samantha Baldwin Interview part 4

The penultimate part of the essential Samantha Baldwin interview covers the long trauma of care proceedings and family court findings. These place a demand on a loving parent that they must abandon their defence of their children and agree that the children's reports of abuse are fictional, betraying their trust. To refuse to do this places the parent in conflict with the court and leads to the whole of the state treating the caring and loving parent as a perpetrator of abuse even as they follow the court's edict and treat the abusing parent as persil-white. One word from a family court judge and all facts are reversed, all evidence disregarded. Black becomes white and white black.

The experiences Samantha has related indicates that a profoundly evil blight has descended over our family courts Their frequent usage of gaslighting is very disturbing. It seems the state has empowered judges to dispense the law single-handedly arrogantly assuming their expertise extends to mind reading, allowing them to peremptory dismiss evidence as unnecessary recognising their own skill set as adjudicator of justice, and unaccountable to no one because they represent supreme power. The judge in question who shows bias in favour of the perpetrator of the crime of paedophilia implies that he is protecting his own kind, or more succinctly that he is a paedophile or practitioner of the black arts himself such as a Freemason, and is simply finding in favour of one of his own kind.

This is incredible what Samantha has been put through and turned on her. I can't believe her 65yr old mum was put in prison for trying to protect them! It's beyond belief! It's terrible you haven't had your boys since 2017 I hope you get them back soon, it's awful!

Samantha is such a lovely lady .my heart goes out to her .she has been through to much .but will not give up .she has done nothing wrong .I hope one day she can get past the evil and wickedness that's been put upon .were is justice for these boys and mother .I'm disgusted at the system we have now .how do they sleep at night .home it turns around on them .Samantha I feel your pain .sorry what you have gone through .much love .

In summary
When talking to the Police
There's absolutely nothing that you can say in you own defence, ever.
It is considered hearsay and is inadmissible as evidence.
So...even if you are totally innocent. The only thing that can happen is that you will talk yourself into trouble, and or your words will be twisted and used against you.
