Rotten subfloor repair after water damage

I am in the process of renovating my kitchen and upon removing the old flooring, I noticed a spot on the subfloor with water damage. Please see the attached video for a demonstration of how I repaired it.

we needed this man to do our rotten floor edge, instead of who we had.
That part rotted too, because nothing was under the top layer and the top layer was too thin.

At least it was flush. the pre drill for the screws was funny.

Should've used 3/4 OSB. Also I would have put the full sheet tight to the corner, scribed, and put in a full sheet. The floor was rotted all the way to the corner. Nice and clean though 👌
