Quite clearly you can see that Hu was not happy to be ‘escorted’ out. Those nearby(except Li Zhanshu who was restrained by Wang Hu Ning) did not appear interested to see if Hu is indeed unwell. Xi too appeared ‘ unsympathetic’ even dismissive of Hu. Only Li Kejiang gave a decent albeit wary nod. Xi’s nod looked curt.This kind of dark intrigues there that can only happen in autocratic China, Russia and NKorea. Hu appeared to be pressured. All is not well

In the great stage show of the Communist Chinese dictatorship, this has to be deliberate. They wouldn’t just pluck a guy in the middle of a massive attended meeting if he wasn’t trying to prove a point or send a message. If there was an issue it’d been dealt with without the cameras on. They can’t/won’t show any type of weakness and then show it televised for the whole world to see. Something must’ve happened behind the scenes to draw such a publicly viewed scene.
