When I started training Boxing 4 months ago, my muscle growth is quite good now. Even though my boxing coach puts me into a lot of cardio-strenght exercises, I can still gain a lot of cardio without affecting my muscle and strenght growth. It all depends on how much you balance your workout exercises, your goals and nutrition. As for me, I don't need to be that bulky like the average gym person, I need to be strong as a fighter, I also keep practicing my Taekwondo (almost 8 years now) and Kung Fu (2 years). I think 30-40 minutes of cardio are enough to most people in general terms, then all should go to strenght and endurance training which worked pretty good for me

I was expecting more on the "free radicals" in the body. But, though I wasn't the most physically intimidating, I was the only Marine to do some of the endurance runs when I was young.
