IT TOOK ME 5 MINUTES TO UNDERSTAND HOW TO FIX GATE AND IS EASY TO FIX AND TO CHANGE FROM UPSTAIRS TO DOWNSTAIRS.
I AM NOT EASY TO PLEASE BUT BEING 74 YEARS OF AGE IT WAS NO PROBLEM AND WOULD RECOMMEND THIS GATE.

As an engineer, I couldn't understand your diagrams, therefore needed to look at this video. However, the top screw adjacent to the lock doesn't have anything to secure it in place. Managed to get it to fit, however, the design needs improvement.
Anyone without access to the internet would have NO CHANCE in fitting this onto a door frame.

The wall pads have holes for screws, indicating that this is how they should be attached to the wall, rather than just by the friction of the screws in the frame being extended to tighten the gate in the place of installation. I would feel better if the pads were screwed to the wall when the gate is located above stairs, increasing the safety aspect of the gate.

i cant get the small pull out extention in the top right hand side to stay in place when pulled out to the length i need?

Music annoying. Ok anyway my gate has different top fittings (maybe an improvement. Thought it was straight got it on but those disc thing are only partially on the wall and partially exposed but seems solid enough. That one was for the kitchen. One upstairs is a different story. Small landing. There’s a door frame on top of the stairs and it has a curve. So have to fit one step down. But to do that need extension fml. Back to the shop tmw. Will update soon. Btw got these at Tesco £13 each on sale.

The Nuts have gone missing on my gate. Can anyone tell me what size the nuts should be so I can go and buy 4.

Mine has second button, the lower, stuck. No way to push, is jammed.
Do I have to unscrew it, and take it to the locksmith or need a new piece?

Mine doesn't even close by itself and the buttons keep getting stuck so have to unscrew where the buttons are and checking that the springs are in the right place.

Sorry, this is not as easy to put up as this is...the video barely explains anything or how to rectify things when there is a cross not a tick!

Mine are pressure gates, but also came with screws and in the manual, says to use a drill. But in this video, the first gate, it didn't use screws. ??

poorly done video. failed to show need to add piece to hold screws after adding one extension. Why no audio to help explain? out of all the videos this is the best one,
