Tulsa Films - Welcome to Our Channel

My name is Jack Frank. In the 1990s, when I was working in Tulsa TV, I began collecting historic films of Tulsa and Oklahoma. I wrote and produced TV feature stories with those long-lost film fragments. These segments, called Oklahoma Memories, aired on OETA (PBS) , KOTV (CBS) and KJRH (NBC). Now we're making our films available to a wider audience through YouTube.

Now with the advance of artificial intelligence (AI) we are able to make these historic films more life-like and enjoyable. We're able to stabilize the films, colorize them, speed-correct them, and bring history to life.

I live near Kansas City Missouri and went to Tulsa to see Paul McCartney, this was years ago, anyway we drove down the day before the concert and stayed all night, anyway, I just fell in love with Tulsa, I had lived in Austin Texas in the 1970s and 1980s and Tulsa reminded of Austin, just a great city, great food, art, and music, I am so glad that they have the Dylan Center and Woody Guthrie Center
