Official: Xi Jinping Thought opens new ground for state governance

Wang Xiaohui, vice minister of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, elaborated on Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, which was enshrined in the Party Constitution in the Congress. The senior official said that the Thought has opened a new ground for Marxism, Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, state governance and the self-governance of the Party.
