hey, man. I'm from a brazilian military academy and i've started competing pole vault this year. On my first time jumping I got a 8'85 or 2, 7 meters, but now I don't know how to practice properly to improve as you did. My goal was to reach 9'8 to 11' this year, as it would be a great mark to compete against the other academies. Do u recommed any channel or can u help me achieving it?
