homemade fudgesicles! they’re dairy free and refined sugar free, and taste so much like the real thing. they’re also so fudgy and so easy to make!

ingredients:
•1 (13.5oz) can full fat canned coconut milk
•1 cup raw cashews or 1/2 cup cashew butter (any other nut/seed or nut/seed butter should also work but I prefer cashew)
•1/2 cup pure maple syrup (or raw honey if preferred)
•1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
•1 tsp pure vanilla extract
•1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt

instructions:
1. add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy (if you don’t have a high speed blender, be sure to use a nut/seed butter instead of nuts/seeds).
2. pour the fudgesicle mixture into 8-10 silicone popsicle molds and place in the freezer for 6-8 hours, or overnight.
3. once frozen solid, remove the fudgesicles from the molds (i find it helps to push them up from the bottom), then dig in and enjoy!
4. store leftovers in the freezer.
