The person that is taking the call doesn't want to be recorded. Or it is a doing thing not a knowing thing. Everyone is a buyer! Every vehicle is available. Everyone is approved. No prejudging anyone. ASSUMPTIVE SELLING. The number one question asked and the number one question most failed at answering. “Is it available?” - “GREAT question, Mr. Customer! I know that vehicle very well. Great choice, I drove it myself and it’s a pristine inside and out, low miles and drives like it’s brand new. ImI'm checking on availability, may I ask what you like most about that vehicle? Miles? Color? Price? (open up your inventory) active listening skills, relationship building trust and confidence, asking the right questions is key. Envoke emotion, buyers act on emotions FUSSE - Fear, Urgency, Shame, Scarcity, Excitement, etc.

You must know your cars your selling if you like cars you will know everything about them and by the way you have so much lose time to get to know the cars your selling i want to become a cars salesman cause i love cars and i love people and i want them to be happy.
