This week I am working on the English Paper Pieced Liberty project I am making for my youngest grandchild. It is always lovely to have an excuse to raid my Liberty stash and sit in my favourite chair surrounded by piles of beautiful fabrics. The quilt is looking quite different since the last time you saw it!

It really is the support from my lovely Patrons that allows me to keep this show on the road and I am very grateful to each one of you!

I need peace, so one thing I did is go to my sewing room, (I had thought I would put away my quilting forever) however now I realize I need it more than ever. I still work a full-time job, I knit, have a small photography business on the side, make my own soap, garden, and now, add quilting to it all, in addition to spending as much time with my grandchildren as possible😊 I love watching you do your projects, Kate, and each evening after dinner, I go to my craft room, turn on the television and I "quilt with Kate" awhile.
