Mary Lou Lord's version of Smells Like Teen Spirit, from her excellent and incredibly rare debut cassette album "Real." From 1993.
As she has recounted (both in videos on here, and link below), Mary Lou had an advance copy of Nevermind and learned the songs before it was ever released to the public!
So, a couple words or so may be incorrect but it was likely done the way she had first learned them, and I think it's great.

Also, after making this I came across an article she wrote back in 2010 about her and Kurt that is fantastic!
I wish she had written a book - or hope she does one day soon (though she did some podcasts - this is excellent reading).
