In Amazon Photos, it doesn't have anywhere near all of my photos in the file folders. It has only 11, 000 photos in there and I know I have more than that on my phone right now, and I have years of photos from my phone backed up to Amazon Photo. How do I get all of my photos that are in Amazon Photo downloaded to an EHD please? How do I get all of my photos and videos to show up in the Photos folder in the Amazon desktop app so I can download them please?

My samsung S10 does not show up anywhere on my windows 11 laptop...never has !?! Why does Amazon make this so difficult? The desktop app is garbage...

Sorry but it is not a good idea to use google take out to download your photos in google photos because it looses all metadata! This is a huge deal. Unfortunately there is no way to do it unless you do it manually... photo by photo, video by video. I have not found a simpler way, sorry.
