It’s worth pointing out that Apocalypse isn’t trying to kill the X-Men; his whole ideology is survival of the fittest, he’s constantly pushing them so they’re always at their peak strength. He even recognized Rogue’s power & offered her a job title. This is why he doesn’t consider himself to be evil.

Love this episode. Archangel just obsessed with killing apocalypse. Rogue torn between helping out a cause and supporting her team. Gambit in the end, helping out a guy that (in his mind) is trying to rip off his girl. The constant teamwork. An unbeatable enemy.

This episode is pure gold.

Apocalypse was basically the devil. He was so humorously underused in the live action movie. Oscar Isaac played him well, but the Screwed it up.
