I really wish they would have not downplayed just how powerful Scott's eye blasts really were. When he was in X-Factor and he was forced to send his son Nathan (Cable) into the future to save him from the technovirus that Apocalypse infected him with, Scott hit him with the full force of he eye beams and damn near obliterated him!
