I love the fact no one can be quite sure, whether the Darkstar exists or not.

Probably the biggest flex the American MIC has ever pulled.

Lockmart: "Haha, Darkstar is just a movie prop. Or is it? No, it's just a prop."

"Or is it..."

Does anyone else think there's a chance that Lockheed is actually working on a real life Mach 5 Darkstar?

Thank you Lockheed for designing such beauties since decades. F-104 Starfighter is by far my favorite design from you !
Greeting from France, keep going !

What if Top Gun 2 was just a Pentagon plot to coverup the existence of the real Darkstar lmao

The fact they are showing off the dark star is now making it obvious the SR-72 is actually real.
Like, they are indirectly telling us the SR-72 to avoid mass panic

Its crazy how Skunk Works has their own commercial now! I mean, imagine them giving out a commercial akin to this back in the 80's!

Great video. The plane that looks like a "Stealth Black Bird" Wow . If that's flying now - what a great follow up to the "SR-71 Black Bird" that would be.

Knowing the insanely top secret stuff skunk works has built I wouldn’t be surprised if not only does the darkstar actually exist but has been flying missions for nearly 20 years now

Whether or not that darkstar lookalike is just a movie prop or an actual SR-72, it's cool it's actually being referenced. Maybe soon we can start hearing more about it, though I guess since it's unlikely to be nuclear strike capable there's no treaty mandating it's unveiling like with the B-21 Raider. Does it cruise at mach 5? Will it simply be a fast reconnaissance craft or could it also be used for strike, electronic warfare, etc? Is it already in use or still years out? Would love to know more but I guess national security is more important, bummer :(

I'm a big fan of your reverse engineering program, they were talking about you on the Joe Rogan experience. I swear I'll never talk to anybody about that. Keep it up guys
