You gotta do these reviews on windows as well man, or at least do some research on the drivers for it. For example the "BEHRINGER U-PHORIA UM2" video you did had not mentioned that they don't have drivers for windows 10, instead you must use a generic driver which gives high latency, terrible quality and other negatives. I don't want to sound ungrateful, I do like your content also it has helped a considerable amount.

I've had this interface for about a month and I'm loving it so far. I only stream to twitch and use discord, but I can tell the pre-amp is way better than the U-Phoria UM2 I upgraded from. I don't need the gain nearly as high, and I got it for a great price at about $48.

For those who are looking to purchase this audio interface, please read this:
There is an issue with Win10 drivers and general desktop system compatibility. There are many forum posts and tickets regarding this audio interface not working/showing up as a connected device, or device disconnecting/not connecting after reboots. Normally there would be workarounds or solutions posted, but there is way more documented cases of the interface not working as opposed to there being working fixes for these problems. I've personally had this problem when I purchased the AudioBox USB 96, and I've investigated this for a bit of time. These issues seems to be a prevailing problem for most Ryzen system users. I don't see as many cases for Intel system users but they're there regardless. There's been a case that goes as far back as 2016, and the user who posted the issue did not have a solution tagged. I am attempting to resolve my issue with my interface with PreSonus support at the time of writing the post, I will be returning my unit for another brand's interface if it goes unsolved.
If you own older Intel laptop models and has USB 2.0 ports, then you won't need to worry about compatibility or connection issues, so go ahead and purchase the AudioBox. It works flawlessly on my Intel laptop from 2015 on Win10.
However, if you're looking for an USB audio interface that's relatively plug-and-play for a desktop system, look elsewhere, because the number of unsolved issues in this one is high and the disappointment/frustration isn't worth the $20ish dollars you're saving.

I bought this because Guitar Center told me it was a better choice for your buck than the scarlet focusrite. It is a good piece of gear but the Presonus customer service sucks.

Does this work on windows 10, and do you need to download software or drivers to run it?

Still waiting for the Behringer U-PHORIA UMC22 Audio interface review... cuz it has a better preamp compared to UM2 and it cost the same thing as that in my place (for around $70) rather than buying the UMC204HD that cost $120

I voted that and the UMC202HD so he can review about it soon :)

Hey! I saw that you also did a review on the Behringer UMC 204... in your opinion, which one is better for recording instruments? which one do you suggest I should get between those 2?

Great videos as usual!

I owned an Audiobox myself, and there was this incurable distortion that would happen every time I turned on my computer, and the only solution to it was to unplug it and plug it back in. It was just annoying to be doing it every time I turned my laptop or desktop on and I replaced the Audiobox with a Behringer interface, which doesn't have those problems.

The big thing with this interface for me is MIDI. I haven't found any interface at around $100 with MIDI in or out.

Hello, I'm capturing some analog audio from tape, and will be buying this device. I noticed you were using an editing program, did that come with the unit, or was that garageband or some other app. Thanks.

It's NOT a fully featured DAW. It is severely limited, you can't even add 3rd party vst's to the version that comes with the Audiobox usb device.

I have this exact setup but every time I record vocals, there is really bad noise coming from the interface

Great video reviews. Singing not too bad either! Which $100 audio interface would you buy to record direct bass. Seems like clipping is an issue with many of these.

So I have inherited this interface and I have only one question. How were you able to hear the effected guitar? I assume it's the knob that goes between input and computer monitoring. But can you share the point at which the knob was set? Was it fully right or somewhere in between?

I just got this hooked up last night and after eliminating the latency issues was only able to hear the clean uneffected guitar sound. But the knob was set fully left to input. So I think that's what the problem was.

Anyway, thanks in advance for your help in this!
