Man flashes Dad's Badge to get out of ticket

Bentleyville, Ohio -- Officers pulled over a man for speeding. The man then flashed a sergeant's badge.

Where I work, when you retire, they take your badge and return it to you encased in acrylic. You then get issued with a badge that says retired where the badge number goes. Families of deceased officers get their loved one's bedge encased in acrylic.
