it defies the purpose of having LED lights installed with Ballasts, ballasts eat up electricity, use single ended LED tubes and get rid of the ballasts.. there are two type of T8 LED lights, one with two ends that suck up the power on both ends of the bulb which are the ones you bought and there are single ended T8 that don't require Ballast and those are the ones you should have gotten.

You are supposed to bypass the ballast, and wire them direct, not gonna work right or save power with the ballast connected.

jerry remove the ballast, they are not direct replacement for t12 only t8 direct replacement

Best to remove the ballasts. Saves a bit of electricity you usually lose from a ballast. Plus no chance of the ballast ever blowing if it's not there anymore!

Shit can the ballasts and wire them direct is definitely better. Thanks Jerry
