The problem with leaving the ballast inside the fixture with the Plug & Play option is that it's still a potential failure point. Ballast Bypass is the best way to go.

When bypassing the ballast, does it matter which side the neutral or load side is wired to? If reversed will it do something bad? I wired 10 at my church and all worked fine but honestly I didn’t focus on which side was which.

I just installed this plug and play and they CAUGHT FIRE, the company said that I should have removed or bypass ballast. I thru them in the dumpster were they belong!!!

4:21 explain what shunted means, don’t assume we all know what shunted is. Now I have to go look that up . 👎🏼
