I don’t know if you have went over this, but I have a strange phenomenon happen to me a lot. I can only describe it as a state where I’m awake but I cannot move, notice everything around me but nothing changes, be able to move around and interact with things but unable to function, and finally: something disturbs me and I move frantically to get rid of it (usually a phone call) and afterwards I’m very groggy.
