Hello everyone and thank you for checking out this wow classic video! If you're enjoying these videos or have any questions, please let me know in the comments below, like the videos and subscribe! They really help out the channel and help more people learn these strategies!

In today's aoe farm video I show how to become unhittable on a Paladin or Warrior in TBC classic. With a specific amount of avoidance we can become unhittable! This avoidance amount changes based on the mobs level, so I show exactly how to do it, as well as provide an excel above that you all can plug in your stats to see how close you are to becoming unhittable.

As we progress through TBC classic our AOE farms will evolve, and we will continue to be able to AOE farm various dungeons. One of the methods to do so will be using this unhittable strategy, so hopefully this video will help you prep for when that time comes!

Thank you everyone and I hope this video helped you in some way! If it did or if you have any questions, please let me know in the comments below. Look forward to seeing you all in the next video!

Someone needs to make an addon / weakaura that shows your unhittable from X mobs etc with whatever gear you have on.

your P1 gear set isn't even maximized for avoidance, so you could actually already do strat without getting hit at all, for example. just by switching a few enchants that will already become possible.

I must say this is an excellent video. The information you have given to us is priceless. I cannot stress how much I appreciate this video. You have confirmed what I was slowly progressing towards, which was an avoidance based strat farming set instead of a spell damage based gear set. After I watched this video and swapped to a mostly avoidance based gear set, my deaths per strat farm went from 1-2 per run to 0 per run. Small sample size, but I think the trend will hold. Fantastic work Arlaeus!

P.S. Your wrath of Cenarius video is fucking awesome. I love this ring. You are the fucking man!

And yeah i had another idea : What sort of stats should we focus on while playing paladins. Like you get avoidable cap + sp for farm, you get hp and armor for boss raid, block for trashs packs or whatever, you know because sometimes i'm not sure of what to do with my stuff

I remember back in the real TBC a rogue could reach 100% dodge and tank raids, until it was nerfed:(

One comment the defense of 502 wasn’t propagated across the spread sheet like you did with the defense stats so you may have a little more avoidance there with miss

Video idea would ofc be ZG mount solo farm if it is possible as paladin.

How does being unhittable affect reckoning? If you have high enough block value, and don't receive any damage, does that mean reckoning never procs? Or does it proc off of mitigated damage

Any alternative recommendations besides scarab trinket? I feel like it'll be hard to find groups for BWL in TBC willing to run it weekly to try and get it.

I definitely had a full avoidance set on my pally back in original tbc. I did it just for the lawls but love to see its practical applications shown here 👍

A few questions: Are there any npc enemies out there with expertise stat? When considering what gear to pick from what is available, how much agility do you need a piece to have in comparison to defense rating or dodge rating to get higher mitigation from solely agi increasing dodge? Do dodge rating / block rating / parry rating differ in how much they affect mitigation%? For example, if choosing between a gear with 20 dodge rating, 20 parry rating or 20 block rating, which one is the most desirable (is it parry > dodge > block, unless you have effects that proc on blocks?) How much does race ultimately matter for mitigation calculations, since they start with different str and agi values, at least.

I have the same gear as you more or less and the mobs inside Black Morass hit me for 90 up to 150 physical damage with their melee swings while only their special abilites would hit me for up to 300 damage meaning that Black Morass might not need that much block value. Also, the video has information about physical avoidance while taking in consideration dungeons that have spellcasters which actually hit pretty hard ( some of them also have silence/fear ).

I love these videos, so much theory craft potential with the paladin it's amazing! A good video topic imo, could be a guide on a potential ret-tank spec where you can dps on boss when you have nothing to do, while still tanking packs of mobs efficently. (I don't even know if it's possible but hey)

Well done as always, thank you for the high quality videos!

U can become unhittable in p2 with the proper gear-gem-enchant combo. the gear needed is also not very contested except for the kaelthas quest necklace which you should therefore put as your #1 loot prio in the guild

Warriors can do very well, even without hitting 100% if you use 2-piece tier 4, which grants 200 absorb shield on each parry.

Do you think you could possibly log your dungeons and see the mitigation %? Think it would be cool to see

I really appreciate the intelligent thought you put into your videos. You do the thinking so I don't have to lol. TY

I might have to do some digging through your videos but do you have one covering gear enchants? I'm trying to decide now on if I should be wearing items with spell damage and mana per sec or ones with defensive stats like +defense.

I'm only 61 but I'm trying to plan ahead and if I'm going to enchant a piece I want to be sure its both the right piece and the right enchant.

Thank you
