Beef Rib Burnt Ends Recipe | Chef Tom X All Things Barbecue

Sometimes you just need play with your food... We can't think of a better food mashup than Beef Rib Burnt Ends. This recipe uses savory beef ribs, smoked and then cut into cubes much like brisket burnt ends, then covered in sauce and run through the smoker one more time. The combination of Blues Hog Honey Mustard, Plowboys Bovine Bold, and Big Rick's Original barbecue sauce all come together for a simple, yet incredible flavor. This is a great treat for Game Day!

After you cut it up into cubes and put it back in the pellet grill at 300 degrees, how long did you cook it for? Thanks

Looks great to me Tom, only thing I'd do differently would be to just lightly dust it with rub 1 last time before finishing it on the grill to reinforce the flavors

Saw the cooked ribs - basically realised I could never cook this because you wouldnt get past that stage before I ate the lot :)
