This video is timely during extra downtime on the weekend. Thank you, Justine! It's a reminder that I'm out of my absolute favorite fruits - cherry plums and watermelons and need to have them back in the house ;)

Thank you so much for this! I will do well at home but then I'll be triggered when out. When I give in when out I'll then give up on having a clean environment at home.

You explain things well!
Thank you!
It's so true that we fear eating lots of starch yet then go on benders because of not eating enough to satisfy us🤦‍♀️
And also a very handy tip that in those times to go to starch and fruit, because you're right- veggies don't cut it when those cravings come!!

Thanks for another great video!

I really love your approach and i think its really grounded however I don't think it's realistic life long, am sure even our ancestors ate bread for example, to replace weat with starch or ice cream for something else is really healthy i believe however its another form of restriction, maybe this is good for when one is first fighting binge eating but later on and on a heslthy weight there is many well balsnced diets where one can have the occasional treat eat healthy most of the time and maintain his weight, further i think you might be narrowing the term "healthy" and unhealthy way too much, not to mention i do think its possible to make healthier alternatives (ie at home with less processed chemicals) for example and it would be part of somebody's meal prepping without resorting to over eating on "healthy" fruit (fruits also contain alot of glucose that could potentially be harmful to over consume) while having that one snack couldve instead saved you the whole stress and anxiety and you could have eaten it in good proportion (just another form of restriction there)
