My PGWP is expiring in Nov 24. I submitted my WES application in May and awaiting their report. I have completed my ietls also. I have been working in tech from Nov 23 until present ( changed employers in June) . What are my options ? Can I apply for an open work permit before my current permit expires ?

I've applied for a PGWP extension and have my profile under CEC Express Entry. If I'm not eligible for PNP, are there any other options to stay and work in Canada (I have a 1-year contract position) while also increasing my CRS score?

My PGWP will expire on May 5, 2024. I have a job STEM job in Ontario and I don't want to lose this great job just because of this stupid government's no PGWP extension policy. 


My OINP application is in "Decision in progress" (DIP) status for the last 10 business days. Even if I get the nomination by the end of March, I'm still in doubt whether I'll get ITA before my PGWP expires.


My company already explored LMIA option and can't proceed as they don't have enough logic to prove my candidacy.


What's the best option to continue to work legally? Should I apply for a work permit extension with an explanation that my PNP is in progress, basically a fake extension?

My work permit is expiring next month 20th, I have a valid visitor visa and used it to visit to USA on Oct 3rd 2023. So do I need to exit within 6 months from Oct 3rd ? Or I can count 6 months from the day of expiry of PGWP ? Please advise .
