This fish is mostly famous in the city of Boca Chica. Where locals come form all over the island to enjoy this. And now you too can enjoy it!

2 tablespoon Garlic Paste
1 1/2 tablespoon Ground Oregano
1 to 2 tablespoon Adobe Seasoning

I was on a cruise and we stopped at a small Caribbean island and had the best snapper I've ever eaten. It was was many years ago I don't remember where we were but there were piles of conch, oyster, etc. shells behind the restaurants.
