The guru told you last time, that when you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe then you'll be successful. But that's half the battle, now it's time to separate yourself from the pack and redefine the grind. The question still remains, HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT?

Giavanni Ruffin (Athlete) and Eric Thomas (motivational speaker) are back with part 2 of "How Bad Do You Want It," produced by Greyskale. A lot has changed since part one of the video for Ruffin, he has grown as an athlete, business man and a person. Ruffin has worked his way into the spotlight of many NFL and CFL teams and has chosen to start his career with the CFL. His never die attitude and TNDO lifestyle (Take No Days Off) will keep him grinding to obtain his goals. How hard will you work to reach your goals?

I have to say, this is a really lonely road. Realizing this is maybe the hardest part. There is no one who REALLY is behind your back but yourself unless you accomplish something bigger. There are so many lonely nights, lonely sessions in the gym where you just want to die because your body is hurting like hell, you don't get enough oxygen and you are struggling with yourself. Maybe not struggling with your Body but with your head. I'm, for myself, alone with my path because i'm aiming high. My yet so called "friends" don't understand my struggle. That's maybe why i don't have many.
The worst part of realizing you are pretty much alone is when you go to a club and you see people just getting wasted and have fun. And you are standing there, drinking no alcohol because of your goal you wanna reach. And you begin to ask yourself if you are living your life right. BUT THIS IS HOW WINNING IS DONE. Be different than the rest. Do what you feel is right for you, don't do the things other people are doing just because its "normal". Sure you will feel lonely, but someday you will find someone who understands and you will appreciate people like this much more than you ever thought you will. All the pseudo friendships mean nothing. You'll realize this as soon as you meet someone who understands your inner feelings and yourself.

Nobody might care, but I used to be 13 year old being bullied for being overweight, unfit and depressed. I wanted to find a purpose in life. I remember being up at 4am going through YouTube videos and I clicked on this video. Decided to go on a jog that very morning, and day after day I went. From not being able to run 1km to being able to keep a 4 minute pace per km for at least 7km, little did I know that clicking on this video would have a butterfly effect on my life. I ended up being a national triathlete for my age group when I was 15. Now I’m 18, came back for some motivation and I don’t regret coming back. Thank you.

In my younger days I couldn't fathom the deep meaning of this video. Now I understand, now I know, I know.

I’m trying to become a doctor, and I listen to this maybe once a week or two for the past (no joke) 4 years. Been a long, lonely, frustrating road watching everyone move past me. When no one understands how much you put in with so little to show for it. If you feel like that just know there’s people that relate to you.

Eric Thomas came to my campus yesterday to speak.

And so my lifelong commitment to getting better begins. Thank you Mr. Thomas!

Monday through Friday I stay hungry at work. Anytime for OT I take it. Any time to better myself, I do. I stay hungry. I'm never satisfied. I always want to get better.

Forwago is the best thing I did this year, it takes time, but the results are amazing. I'm finally happy with my life and where I'm headed.

I credit much of my recent success to Giavanni and Eric Thomas. I started working out January of last year, and I've put on close to 50 pounds, I look like a completely different person. And I know I wouldn't be where I am now without these videos and what Giavanni stands for. I know he will make it in the NFL, and I know he will succeed.

People always ask others how they do certain things like it’s this big magic secret. It’s just hard work, research, knowledge, determination, motivation, and sheer will to be the absolute best at what you want to accomplish

I don't think you understand how much you've inspired me. I've been told countless times that I'm not strong enough, fast enough or good enough and I really just wanted to give up on my dreams . You've shown me that anything is possible. So I THANK YOU because I TakeNoDaysOff.
