I have tried salmon eggs, they taste like a little mini egg yolk but in bursting boba form

If you dont cure them, then boiling them in a soup can be tasty when they arent cooked too long. We'll usually add them to our fish head soup. My dads fav way is frying them in a flour mixture, a quick fry so the outsise is crispy and the inside is halfcooked and still pop. Yummm

I’ve cut open a salmon here in Alaska with it still on the hook and pulled the eggs out and ate them even before unhooking the fish they are so good
