Bruh, I'm just surprised that there are quite a lot of people who don't have these 59-85 corrupted game files, then why didn't any person on the Internet who doesn't have problems with all these files think to dump the archive with absolutely all the files of this game in order to 100% and really download these 59-85 corrupted files, but instead they just they offer useless solutions, which in 99% of cases simply do not help and you still always get 59-85 corrupted files and nothing appears except "bootstrapper.exe" in processes that close itself after a few of seconds after running the game via Steam and "The entry point to the Set Thread Description program was not found in the DLL F:\Call of Duty\_retail_\cod.exe." error via battlenet.

Yeh, sorry, this didn't work for me. I can't see CoD in the firewall settings and Steam fails to verify the missing files allthough it downloads something upon every verification. I'm on Windows 11, new PC with great specs.

See i dont get the error when trying to load the game. I get the error every single time i verify game files. No matter what i do, i verify game files 38 files failed to validate and will be reinstalled. I start the game play a game. Exit game, verify game files, failed to validate 38 files. Its never fixed and i honestly believe this is why my textures never load anymore. I just see constant skybox. Ive done every single fix there is to name. Nothing fixes it. The last thing i can think of is those 38 files that are never validated

I don't see the call of duty file when I go to the firewall control panel. And when I try to go add cod.exe to the firewall, it says that it's already there.
