How to Calculate Sales Growth

You can calculate a company's sales growth by taking the difference between this period's sales and last period's sales, then dividing this amount by last period's sales. If you then multiply by 100 this will tell you the percentage by which the company's sales increased from the prior period.—

This was very helpful! I had searched through many videos on how to calculate the sales growth to get the percentage. Many videos would use Excel. You were the first I could find that actually used the balance sheet for an example. Thank you so much!
