This doesn't make any sense. Olivia and Dan confirmed that obsessed was written in 2021, right after they finished Sour. It was the first song for Guts.

In 2021 Olivia was dating Adam Faze, they broke up in late 2021/ early 2022, and she was only seen with Zack Bia in April (and it was never confirmed they had a relationship since they were only seen together once or twice). It's literally impossible this song is about Zack Bia, the dates don't match.

Obsessed is most likely about one of Adam's ex girlfriends, since he was the one she was dating during the timeframe the song was written.
