Why is there a red dot on the for you?

Setting up genius appointment get way worse. From the app it kicks you to the web browser, you have to choose your device, the problem, sign in again with Apple ID, find a store and choose appointment time.
Before you only had to open the app, navigate to the store you want to visit, tap on genius appointment, select category/device, pick time and you are set. All within the app. Much better experience.

I have a couple of questions if this video maker or anyone that has used this before can help me
1.when buying from this app can you have the items you bought be delivered to your house or do you have to pick them up at the closest apple store?
2.when trying to pay for the items and at checkout can you still pay for it with a credit/debit card or do you have to have what they call an Apple Card?
