Hands-on with Apple's new iPhone X

Apple finally revealed its hotly anticipated iPhone X flagship at a special event at the Steve Jobs theatre at Apple Park on Tuesday, and
AppleInsider was there to spend some hands on time with the brand new device.

If the face ID fails you can't use the phone anymore. With my Note 8 I can choose to unlock between: fingerpring, facial scan, iris scan, pincode and pattern swipe and Bixby.

what are your thoughts on the failed face ID? I was skeptical to the point that the rumors said it would be able to unlock while laying flat on your table, but now that I see that even when pointing it directly to your face, it can fail, and requires a swipe up, I'm even more disappointed that unlocking your phone will be harder than before...

I wish they'd stop saying edge to edge display? It still has bezels the only full displays are infinity displays but as with everything if apple says it its SMH!

A "hands on" video that appears to include pretty much no hands-on footage or observation and instead just repeats everything we already heard in the Keynote or can read online almost word-for-word on a hundred different sites. Sorry AI, this was a pointless waste of time. If you're going to say "hands on", I expect a video of one of your reporters using the phone and describing their experience.
