Wow... done with period appropriate instruments it sounds just incredible. Flute playing was immaculate, especially the definition she got on those lovely echappe notes at 1:05. 400 years later and J.S. Bach is still getting roaring applause. Nice...
Also, I wanna play the damn Archlute!! that thing looks awesome! Slap a few '59 Les Paul pickups in that sumbitch and rock it through a nice Marshall JCM stack! Start a Bach Metalcore band! Who's with me!

This is stupendously excellent. The attack of the piece is top notch, the whole performance, even with the added baroque flute improvisations, is just perfection.
I, if I wanted to make this band stellar, and I was a multi millionaire, have baroque costumes made for each musician to wear. Playing this style of music in full period costume, well, I would pay big $$$ to experience that. But, this is still wonderful.
