Almost every eggs I've purchased had 2 yolks for the past 3 months.
I was wondering: "What are the odds? Or is it genetic mutation?"
Thanks for the info.

I’ll explain better, double yolk eggs means that the egg would have given two baby chicks if it was fertilised

Chickens that are just starting to lay will lay more double yolks. I explain it as the hen is just starting her cycle and may release multiple yolks that are then encapsulated (surrounded) by a shell. 2 yolks is common 3 very rare, 4 extremely rare. Breeders will try to eliminate chickens that lay more double yolks in commercial flocks. A chicken that is very mature (35 weeks plus) will rarely lay a double yolk. 1 per 1000. At 18-20 weeks 1 in 20.
