National S'mores Day is upon us and there is no better way to celebrate than making your own chewy S'mores bars! In this video I’m showing you how to make the ultimate chewy s’mores bars! This is the only recipe you need as far as s’mores go..I’d eat this over actual s’mores! They are that good! Please make them yourself and let us know how it turns out in the comments below!

Recipe:
½ cup melted butter
1 egg
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
¾ cup flour
½ teaspoon salt
2 cups graham crackers chopped
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1. Melt ½ cup of butter, add to a large bowl
2. Whisk in 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of vanilla, and 1 egg and mix until smooth
3. Mix in ¾ cup of flour, and ½ teaspoon of salt until just combined
4. Break up graham crackers into pieces, a mix of large and small is the best.
5. Add in 1 cup of mini marshmallows
6. Add in the chocolate chips or if using a bar, chop into smaller pieces
7. Fold into the batter.
8. Line a 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, I put it up the sides so it’s easy to pull out.
9. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing.
