Hello Mam. Namasthe. I convinced myself and purchased Bosch SMS66GI01I silver inox model. I could do this just because of you. Thank you Mam. I'm using Bosch detergent combo but not getting desired results for milk vessels, pressure cooker, Tea vessels and tiffin plates also. All the dishes are soaked and placed Correctly. Oily stains and grease washed away nicely and no slippery issues with the vessels. (Only sticky particles after soaking long hours also) Technician tested water with kit and didn't change the water hardness setting. Using Rince aid and salt as per normal settings.
Q1) Do I need to change Settings?
Q2) Do I need to change detergent for better results? I use all long cycles 1:20 min to 1:30 min (Auto, Eco, Intensive Kadai)
Q3) I'm getting mild shock if i touch inside the machine while power is on.
I have raised complaint but technician could not resolve it. He said it might be due to earthing. We don't have earthing issue as all the remaining appliances are doing great. Checked ✔️ the wiring too. Do you have any idea?

The way you loaded that .. if your dishes were actually dirty, and your’s weren’t … they would not get clean…plus they would rattle like crazy in your wash cycles!
