easy solutions to stop xrayers:
1) get an anti xray plugin where EVERYTHING looks like ores, so x-rayers cant see where ores are
2) hire me as a staff member frfr, im a mod on caseoh's smp

Also, consider breaking a small area of cobblestone at the very bottom, teleport the X-Rayer there and then clear their inventory with several hours worth of slowness and weakness added. Then make a sign saying that unless they confess, they'll have to dig by hand.
