Moong Dal Paneer High Protein Paratha

Moong Roti

Whole Moong 1/2 cup
2 tbsp Onion
100 grams Paneer
1 Green chilli
2 tbsp Fresh coriander
Salt to taste
1 tsp Red chilli
1/2 tsp each coriander and cumin powder
1/4 tsp garam Masala
1/4 tsp chaat Masala or amchoor powder

Note :- pressure cook moong for 4 whistle and strain in a big strainer. Spread it out and let it dry for 3-4 hours so that the paratha doesn’t become soggy !!
