For people saying "This is tap, not step dancing". Outside of African American culture, this is also called step dancing. Irish step dancing, more specifically. I don't know about the the STRICT differences, but I notice that Irish step dancing has more strict lower body movements, and little, if any, upper body movements. Whereas there's a lot more freedom in common tap.

Who needs a music track? These people are synchronized perfectly. This video is more than a dance but.... comes from the mind that that is speaking through their feet. The Camara techniques stimulate the perception of the experience. The finale with the splashing focuses totally on the man’s feet that shows the intricate rhythm with the dancing of the water.

Nice to see an awesome Irish step dancing production without the name Michael Flatley attached to it. He paved the way, but I'm glad to see a new generation of dancers and choreographers that are picking up where he, Moya Doherty and John McColgan ( the producers of Riverdance), left off.

I'm german and we dont have this type of dancing here (as far as i know) and i love to watch traditional dance videos from all over the world. it can be very boring but ''tradiotional'' dance with modern music (even though i dont know any of these songs) is really nice and makes fun to watch.keep it going!
